Evolution of Man: Our Habits Changed

I find it interesting how we portray ourselves as such progressed and enlightened people that have reached such a great amount of human evolution in a short amount of time. I would instead say the Western ideals have taken over the world, and made everyone money hungry, with no sign of filling up any time soon. Instead of educating the common populous to making everyone equal we thrive on the separation of classes and lack of knowledge. This post was inspired by the classic film, The Space Odyssey. Watching a movie meant to comment on the progression of man only makes me acknowledge how little we've actually progressed. For example, maybe people who came before us weren't as primitive as we would like to believe. According to new research the ancient pyramids were not tombs, something western academia has taught the world for centuries with no fact only their inaccurate assumptions to guide their thought process. Instead there is an insurmountable amount of evidence that they instead were energy creators, made to conduct and insulate energy in a clean efficient manner which eliminates the need for modern day combustible energy. In other words ancient (or primitive) beings figured a way to live in harmony with the planet and pull its energy from it in a eco-friendly way. Early energy creations in our modern history were not as advanced as this ancient technology, and once people start to realize what we have created as a human race is not as impressive as we want to believe, we could change our thinking and create a world that thrives on the health of

EVERYTHING as opposed to the vanity and wealth of the modern world. In the movie Space Odyssey it seems like they are flashing the futuristic technology as something to look forward to in the future, or something to be proud of. That is the problem, flashy cool looking "things" mean nothing compared to eco-friendly self-sustaining technology that provides humanity a chance of having a healthy future.
